The live Thoroughbred racing week comes to a close on Sunday, August 27 at Ellis Park in Henderson, Ky. with a nine-race program on the docket highlighted by the featured eighth on the card, a competitive $40,000 optional claiming/money since allowance heat for three-year-olds and up going a flat mile trip on the main track.

The Green Sheet gave out four winners on Saturday’s nine-race program at Ellis Park, including Racey Reecy’s $24.80 score in the fifth race on the card. On the day, The Sheet had a whopping 141% return on investment (ROI*), or a flat-bet profit of $2.82 for each $2 wagered on its top selections. 27 days into the summer stand at “The Pea Patch”, The Sheet is hitting at a 26 percent win clip; its top selection in each race has finished in the money 67 percent of time.
