On Friday, Churchill Downs kicks off the second weekend in November with a 10-race program on the docket highlighted by the featured ninth on the card, a $68,000 top-tier optional claiming/third-level allowance affair for fillies and mares three-years-old and upward to be run at a flat mile trip on the Matt Winn Turf Course.

The Green Sheet touted four winners on Thursday’s 10-race program at Churchill including Awesome Day, who annexed the fifth race on the card and paid $11.20 in addition to keying a $332 trifecta.
On the day, The Sheet had a positive three percent return on investment (ROI*), or a flat-bet profit of six cents for each two dollars wagered on its top selections.
Eight days day into the 2017 November stand in Louisville, The Sheet is hitting at a 25 percent strike rate; its top selections have finished in the money 53 percent of the time.
