Gulfstream Park rolls out yet another week of live Thoroughbred racing in South Florida on Wednesday, January 24 with an 11-race program on tap.
The featured ninth race on the card is a $35,000 optional claiming/classified allowance event for four-years-old and upward going a mile and three-eighths on the turf.
Additionally, the program has a gargantuan $3,129,358 carryover in the 20-cent Rainbow 6 Jackpot (races 6-11).
The Green Sheet gave out four winners on Sunday’s 11-race program at Gulfstream and–on the day–had a positive eight percent return on investment (ROI*), or a flat-bet profit of 16 cents for each two dollars wagered on its top selections.
39 days into the Championship Meet in Hallandale Beach, The Sheet is hitting at a 30 percent strike rate; its top selections have finished in the money 62 percent of the time.

*Return on investment is calculated by placing a hypothetical $2 win wager on all top selections and dividing the net profit by the total amount wagered.
