Steam KeenelandA nine-race program is on tap at Keeneland Race Course in Lexington, Ky. on Sunday, April, 8.

The card is highlighted by a pair of black-type affairs–the 33rd running of the $150,000 Beaumont Stakes Presented by Keeneland Select (G3) for three-year-old fillies going seven-furlongs and 184 feet on the main track, and the 30th running of the $200,000 Appalachian Stakes Presented by Japan Racing Association (G2T) for three-year-old fillies going eight-furlongs on the Haggin Turf Course.

Steam gave out three winners on Saturday’s 11-race program at Keeneland and, on the day, had a positive 15 percent return on investment (ROI*), or a flat-bet profit of 29 cents for each two dollars wagered on its top selections on the card.

Two days into the nascent Spring stand in Lexington, Steam is hitting at a 33 percent win clip; its top selections have finished in the money 67 percent of the time.
