A nine-race program is on the docket at Ellis Park in in Henderson, Ky. on Saturday, July 28.

The featured fifth on the card is a $40,000 optional claiming, “money since” allowance event for three-year-olds and upward going eight and one half-furlongs on the turf.

GenStar Thoroughbreds’ Chocolate Ride, an eight-year-old son of Candy Ride (Arg), is the 7-5 morning line favorite in the field of six. Jockey Shaun Bridgmohan has the call for trainer Brad Cox.

Steam gave out four winners on Friday’s eight-race program at Ellis Park and, on the day, had a positive 200 percent return on investment (ROI*), or a flat-bet profit of $4 for each two dollars wagered on its top selections on the card.

13 days into the 2018 summer stand at the “Pea Patch”, Steam is winning at a 28 percent clip; its top selections have finished in the money 61 percent of the time.
