A customary 10-race Saturday program is on the docket at Keeneland Race Course in Lexington, Ky. on October 13. The card is highlighted by the $500,000 Queen Elizabeth II  Challenge Cup Stakes Presented by Lane’s End (G1T), for three-year-old fillies going nine furlongs on the grass.

e Five Racing Thoroughbreds’ Rushing Fall, who is one neck shy of being a perfect six-for-six lifetime, is the definitive 7-5 morning line favorite in the Queen Elizabeth II Challenge Cup Stakes Presented by Lane’s End (G1T). The bay daughter of More Than Ready has won two stakes over the Haggin Turf Course from as many starts and is coming into this turf test off a decisive score in the Lake Placid Stakes (G2T) at Saratoga on August 18. Regular pilot Javier Castellano is in from New York for the riding assignment for trainer Chad Brown.

$300,000 Guaranteed Pool In Late Pick 4

steam_kee_fall_2018_logoSix days into Keeneland’s 2018 fall stand, Steam‘s, top picks are hitting at a 20 percent strike rate with an in the money ratio of 61 percent.

Post time for the first of 10 races at Keeneland on Saturday, October 13 is 1:05 P.M. (Eastern). Additionally, there is a $300,000 guaranteed pool in the 50-cent late Pick 4 (races 7-10), a $16,676 carryover in the one dollar Pick 6 (races 5-10), and a $3,133 carryover in the one dollar Super Hi-5.

Furthermore, there is a two-track, All-Turf Pick 4 with races from Keeneland and Woodbine. The wager begins with the Queen Elizabeth Challenge Cup Stakes Presented by Lane’s End (G1T) and includes the Pattison Canadian International Stakes (G1T), Keeneland’s tenth race, and ends with the E. P. Taylor Stakes (G1T) from Woodbine.
