10 Races On Tap On Penultimate Day Of Meet
A 10-race program is on tap at Keeneland Race Course on Friday, October 26–the penultimate day of the 2018 Fall Meet at the historic Lexington, Ky. racetrack.
The featured seventh race on the card is a $71,000 “two other than” allowance event for three-year-olds and upward that was slated for an eight and one half-furlong trip on the Haggin Turf Course but has been taken off the grass and will be contested on a “sloppy” main track.
George E. Hall’s Ceevee is the 5-2 morning line favorite in a field that was scratched down to seven entrants. The three-year-old bay son of Tiznow is coming off a sixth-place effort in the restricted Better Talk Now Stakes on the grass at Saratoga back on August 27. Albin Jimenez has the mount for trainer Kelly Breen.
