An 11-race program is on tap at Churchill Downs on Saturday, November 17, as the 2018 fall meeting at the historic Louisville, Ky. racetrack rolls onward in Derby City.
The featured tenth race on the program is the $100,000 River City Handicap (G3T) for three-year-olds and upward slated for a nine-furlong trip on the Matt Winn Turf Course.
Flurry Racing Stables, LLC’s Mr. Misunderstood, a perfect three-for-three on the Matt Winn Turf Course, is the 8-5 morning line favorite in a field that was scratched down to five entrants. Florent Geroux will be astride the son of Archarcharch for trainer Brad Cox.

Steam gave out one winner on Friday’s 10-race program at Churchill Downs and, as a result, 14 days into the 2018 fall stand, its top picks are hitting at a 23 percent strike rate and have finished in the money 56 percent of the time.
