A massive 13-race program is on the docket at Gulfstream Park in Hallandale Beach, Fla. on Saturday, February 23.

The card is highlighted by three stakes races–the $75,000 Melody of Colors Stakes for three-year-old fillies sprinting five-furlongs on turf, the $100,000 Hal’s Hope Stakes (G3) for four-year-olds and upward going a flat-mile trip around one-turn on the main track, and the $75,000 Texas Glitter Stakes for three-year-olds going five-panels on the turf.

West Point Thoroughbreds, Reeves Thoroughbred Racing, Eric Young, and R. A. Hill Stables’ Breaking Lucky is the 2-1 morning line favorite in the day’s nominal feature, the Hal’s Hope Stakes (G3). Jockey Luis Saez will be astride the son of Lookin At Lucky for trainer George Weaver.
