Keeneland Race Course wraps up the first four days of its 2019 Spring Meeting on Sunday, April 7 with a nine-race program on the agenda at the Lexington, Ky. racetrack.

The card is highlighted by a pair of stakes races–the $150,000 Beaumont Stakes Presented by Keeneland Select (G3) for three year-old fillies going seven-furlongs and 184 feet on the main track, and the $200,000 Appalachian Stakes (G2T) Presented by Japan Racing Association (G2T), a one-mile turf test on the Haggin Course for sophomore fillies.

In the Grade 3 Beaumont Stakes, Klaravich Stables, Inc.’s Feedback, winner of the Forward Gal Stakes (G3) at Gulfstream Park in her last start, is the 9-5 morning line favorite in a field scratched down to seven entrants. Jockey Irad Ortiz, Jr. has the call on the daughter of Violence for trainer Chad Brown.

In the Grade 2 Appalachian Stakes, Juddmonte Farms, Inc.’s Clause, who will be making just her second career start, has been installed as the 3-1 morning line choice in a full field of 11. Irad Ortiz, Jr. will be astride the bay daughter of Speightstown for trainer Chad Brown.
