An 11-race program is on the docket on Sunday, May 17 at Churchill Downs in Louisville, Ky., as the opening weekend of the 2020 Spring Meeting continues in Derby City.
The featured tenth race on the card is an $84,000 classified allowance affair for three-year-olds sprinting five and one half-furlongs on the Matt Winn Turf Course.
Breeze Easy, LLC’s Four Wheel Drive, a gate-to-wire winner of last year’s Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Turf Sprint (G2T), is the 2-1 morning line favorite in a field that attracted 12 runners with four also-eligible and two main track only entrants waiting in the wings.
