Jouster The One To Fear If Feature Stays On Turf

An 11-race Super Bowl Sunday program is on tap at Gulfstream Park on February 7, as the historic Hallandale Beach racetrack closes out another week of live Thoroughbred racing action in South Florida.
The featured seventh race on the card–one of two heats that remain on turf as of press time–is a $75,000 optional claiming, first-level allowance test for three-year-old fillies slated for an eight and one half-furlong trip on the grass.
Starlight Racing’s Jouster, who broke her maiden by open lengths in her turf debut at Gulfstream on January 10, is the definitive 6-5 morning line favorite in a field that attracted seven horses in the body of the race and one main track only entrant. Luis Saez will be astride the bay daughter of Noble Mission (GB) for trainer Todd Pletcher.
