More Than Unusual Poised To Strike In Feature

Keeneland Race Course kicks off the final week of its 2021 Fall Meeting with a customary eight-race program on the agenda on Wednesday, October 27 at the venerable Lexington, KY racetrack.
The featured seventh race on the card is an $88,000 second-tier allowance event for fillies and mares three-years-old and upward slated for an 8.5-furlong trip on the Haggin Turf Course.
Martin S. Schwartz’s More Than Unusual, who returns to the races off a six-month layoff, is the 5-2 morning line choice in a field that attracted 12 horses in the race’s body and a pair of also-eligible entrants. Florent Geroux will be astride the four-year-old bay daughter of More Than Ready for trainer Brad Cox.
$20,051 Carryover In Wednesday’s Super Hi-5
