A 12-race program is on the agenda at Gulfstream Park on Saturday, February 19, as a weekend of Thoroughbred racing continues in South Florida.

The featured eleventh race on the card is the $150,000 Gulfstream Park Sprint Stakes for four-year-olds and upward slated for a six-furlong trip on the mian track.

Slam Dunk Racing et al’s Drain the Clock, a four-time winner from five starts on the main track at Gulfstream Park, is the definitve 8-5 morning line choice in a compact field of six. Jockey Irad Ortiz, Jr. has the call on the four-year-old chestnut son of Maclean’s Music for trainer Saffie Joseph, Jr.

$743,842 Carryover In Saturday’s Rainbow 6

Steam touted one winner on Friday’s nine-race program at Gulfstream Park and, as a result, 55 days into the 2021-22 Championship Meet, its top picks are winning at a 29 percent clip and have finished in the money 65 percent of the time.
