War Like Goddess Poised To Repeat In Bewitch

10-races are on tap at Keeneland Race Course on Friday, April 29, as the venerable Lexington, KY racetrack draws the proverbial curtain on its 15-day Spring Meeting in the Bluegrass State.

The featured eighth race on the card is the $300,000 Bewitch Stakes (G3T) for fillies and mares four-years-old and upward slated for a 12-furlong journey on the Haggin Turf Course.

George Krikorian’s War Like Goddess, an open-length winner of the 2021 Bewitch Stakes (G3T), is the definitive 3-5 morning line choice in a compact field of five. Jockey Joel Rosario has the call on the five-year-old bay daughter of English Channel for trainer Bill Mott.
