Six Stakes On Stephen Foster Preview Day

An 11-race program featuring six stakes races is on tap at Churchill Downs on Saturday, June 4–“Stephen Foster Preview Day” at the iconic Louisville, KY racetrack.

The stakes action commences in the fifth race with the $200,000 Regret Stakes (G3T) and continues in races seven through 11, in order, with the $200,000 Shawnee Stakes, the $200,000 Arlington Stakes (G3T), the $200,000 Aristides Stakes, the $200,000 Blame Stakes, and the $200,000 Audubon Stakes.

Steam Has Hat Trick On Thursday’s Program

Steam gave out three winners and had a return on investment (ROI*) of $2.40 for each $2 wagered on its top picks on Thursday’s eight-race “Twilight Thursday” program at Churchill Downs and, as a result, 21 days into the 2022 Spring Meet in Derby City, its top selections are winning at a 30 percent clip and have finished in the money 64 percent of the time.
