A 10-race program is on the agenda at Keeneland Race Course on Friday, October 21, as the iconic Lexington, KY racetrack kicks-off a weekend of Thoroughbred racing in the Bluegrass State.
The eighth race on the card–the nominal feature–is a $130,000 “three other than” allowance affair for fillies and mares three-years-old and upward slated for an 8.5-furlong trip over the Haggin Turf Course.
La Providencia, LLC and LNJ Foxwoods’ Scotish Star (Arg)–an open-length winner in her first start on grass at Saratoga on August 31–is the 5-2 morning line choice in a full field of 12.
